Structure: Various structures such as inner spiral flow channel and jacket type are designed and processed. Mature heat treatment process is used for quenching and tempering, and after processing by turning and matching, the red sleeve is hot welded, stress relieved, quenched, precision turned, precision ground, plated with hard chromium, and then ultra precision ground using American 3M abrasive precision grinding and polishing.
Applied to: surface polishing and rolling of various plastic sheets, sheets, films, paper, leather, metals, fabrics, decorative materials such as PVC, ABS, PP, PT, PE, PC, etc.
Parameter: Roughness Ra0.005 (smoothness level 14 or above), without any vibration marks, stripes, or burrs. Straightness, runout, coaxiality ≤ 0.005mm. Cooling or heating temperature difference ≤ ± 1 ℃, thermal deformation ≤ 0.01mm. After quenching, the hardness of the roller surface is HRC55-58, and after plating with hard chromium, the hardness is above HRC65.
